1. How quickly will I receive my eGift Card?
Your gift card will be emailed to you shortly after ordering it.

2. Can I print out the eGift Card?
The eGift Card is printable.

3. Can I personalise the eGift Card?
The eGift Card itself cannot be personalised, but you can add a personal message (up to 400 characters).

4. Does the eGift Card have an expiry date?
It is valid for 3 years from the date of the order.

5. Can I use the eGift Card in other Oner Active online territories?
It is only redeemable in the online shop where you bought it.

6. Are there any hidden fees?
There are no processing fees.

7. Is there a limit on how many eGift Cards I can order?
You can order as many eGift Cards as you want.

8. What should I do if I don't receive the eGift Card?
You should receive your eGift Card immediately, but no longer than 24 hours. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact Customer Services.

2. Click on ‘View Gift Card’ in the email.

3. Add a name and personal note, if you wish.

4. Redeem it by copying and pasting the eGift Card code and entering it at checkout. Alternatively, if you’re giving it to someone else, save it as a PDF to forward or print.
